Ownership of Artworks

When you purchase an artwork (original or limited edition) from Dotspace, you are acquiring the physical/material object. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written contract, the Copyright remains with the Artist. Purchase of an artwork does not grant the buyer any right to reproduce, scan, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit images of the work without prior written consent. Any unauthorised reproduction may constitute copyright infringement under applicable law.

Website Content & Digital Assets

All content included on this website—including but not limited to images of artworks, text, graphics, logos, artist biographies, and the ‘Dotspace’ brand identity—is the property of Dotspace Art Gallery or its content suppliers.

• Strictly Prohibited: You may not scrape, crawl, or extract content using automated tools, AI systems, or bots, or reuse any part of our website content for commercial gain without our prior written consent.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Every limited edition print and original work is accompanied by an official Dotspace Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This document is a vital part of the artwork's provenance. Tampering with, forging, or duplicating these certificates is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Infringement Claims

Dotspace respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you believe someone is infringing upon a Dotspace artist’s rights, please contact us immediately at: dotspaceartcollection@gmail.com.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

Dotspace is a sanctuary for human creativity. We expressly prohibit the use of our artists' works for the training of AI models,  generate AI datasets, or feed into any machine learning systems without specific, negotiated licenses from the artists themselves.
