At Dotspace Art Collection, we treat every shipment as a dedicated mission to protect the soul of the art. Whether it is a delicate unique original or a limited edition print, we utilize museum-grade packaging tailored to the specific needs of your piece to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

 

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping services for any orders, as the professional preservation and packing of fine art cannot be rushed.

  • Original Artworks: Due to the complexity of professional art packaging, conditioning, and logistics, global delivery generally takes 2–5 weeks.
  • Limited Edition Prints: Each print is strictly made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–15 business days. Including transit time, orders usually arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your destination address.

Shipping Rates

  • United Kingdom: We offer Free Standard Shipping within the UK for all online orders over £50.
  • International Shipping: For all orders outside the UK, shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on estimated carrier rates provided at checkout.

Import Duties, Taxes & VAT

For orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs handling fees.

  • These charges are determined entirely by your destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Dotspace Art Collection does not collect these fees at checkout, nor can we predict their specific amounts. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Anomalies & Issues

If you encounter any irregularities with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately at dotspaceartcollection@gmail.com with your Order Number.

  • Lost Orders: There have been no tracking updates for more than 10 days beyond your estimated delivery date.
  • Blocked in Transit: Your package appears to be held indefinitely at a customs office or a transit hub.
  • Returned to Sender: The package is being sent back to our London studio due to an address error or carrier delivery issues.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • Please thoroughly check your mailbox, porch, or with your neighbours (couriers occasionally leave fine art packages in a designated "Safe Place" or with a building concierge).
  • If you still cannot locate your package, you must contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time so we can immediately open a formal investigation with the courier.

 

Transit Damage Guarantee

In the rare event that an accident happens during transit, please rest assured that Dotspace takes full responsibility for the claim and replacement process. We have you covered.
